The Full Package Product Development package is aimed at brands that have a clear vision of their design and are ready to develop their product and prepare to successfully produce, without getting bogged down in the technical aspects of the process. We will work together to analyze your client and your design, and I will take care of creating your industrial patterns and guiding you through the entire process to ensure that your design vision, the perfect fit for your client, and the highest quality are met. Once completed, you will have everything you need to start working with manufacturers, including a physical sample.

Flat sketch or technical drawing that shows a clear and specific vision of your design to communicate the idea you have in mind.
Sample Preparation
A physical sample so you can test and adjust the fit of your design to your real model before investing in production.

Grading
Grading development to offer different sizes to your market. Includes spec measurement table for each size.
Digital Archives
Digital files (.DXF, .RUL) that you can send directly to your factory or you can print in print shops (.PDF)
Creating a base pattern
Digital pattern (includes 3 rounds of revision) developed to fit your client.

How long does the development process take?
The time can vary depending on the number of styles to be developed and the difficulty of the styles. But on average it can take 3-6 months. If it is your first collection, plan for more time. This time only includes the development process detailed above.
Other processes, such as sourcing materials before starting development or production time once product development is complete, require additional time that you should consider when planning the launch of your collection.
Who provides the fabric and materials for the samples?
The client must provide all supplies and materials necessary for the creation of samples, except threads and interlinings.

What kind of patterns do you work with?
I offer industrial pattern services for ready-to-wear brands and specialize in the women's and men's clothing categories.
What are the prices?
Prices may vary depending on the service you request and your design. If you already know the service you need, write me directly so I can give you all the information you need to plan.
How long does it take to develop a pattern?
The time may vary depending on the difficulty of the design and/or the number of styles we are working on simultaneously. It can take 2-3 weeks if there are no drastic changes in the process.
Do you deliver printed patterns?
No, I only provide digital patterns. If you need to print your patterns, I can provide PDF files that you can print at the print shop of your choice.
Do I need to have the fabrics defined to start working on my design?
Yes, it is recommended that you have the fabric defined for your product, because the choice of fabric significantly influences the fit and finish of the design.
Do you offer production services?
No, I only offer a physical sample making service for adjustments and revision of the pattern that you have developed with me. To find out about the service package that includes the sample service, click here
Can you make me a custom/tailored pattern?
No, my services are aimed at brands that produce small or large quantities of the same product.
Do you work with existing files?
Sure, if you want to revise or rework your patterns with me I can do so as long as they are in one of the following formats: .DXF, .PDS or .AI
